Huizhou Modern Deco Ltd. is an upscale factory specializes in furniture industry for 19 years, mainly produce upholstery products to be exported. Since the establishment of the factory in 2005, we are committed to providing comprehensive and tailored solutions for all your sofa manufacturing needs.

Factory Area

Armonia's factory cover an area of production line is  20,000 square meters. We set a flow line production from raw materials cutting, frame assemble, foam stick, upholstered, self-inspection to packaging, to improve production efficiency, shorten production cycle, reduce the amount of products in process and transportation workload.

Equipment and Technology

Automated or semi-automated equipment is used to improve efficiency.Currently, Armonia's production line equiped with Automatic plate CNC cutting machine, Automatic laser cutting machine, Fully automatic feather mix and fiiling machine. With well-trained technicians who have the necessary expertise and skills to deal with technical issues in the production process.
